生态文明是人类对传统文明形态特别是工业文明进行深刻反思的成果,它强调走出极端人类中心主义的价值观,从文明重建的高度重新确立人与自然的关系,“人类只有解放自然才能最后解放自己,”才能达到人与自然和谐的目的。建设生态文明是时代的要求,是中国特色社会主义的重要内容,是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求。以人为本是科学发展观的核心,生态建设和生态文化建设是建设生态文明的基本途径。防沙治沙是建设生态文明的重要任务,要以新的发展观、文明观来指导防沙治沙工作。
