苏联拉脱维亚的一个科研所研究成功一种聚合物混凝土。这种混凝土采用聚乙烯热塑性树脂作为胶结材科,采用诸如砂子、砾石、碎石、陶粒、珍珠岩等粒状材料作为骨料。利用这种混凝土作为畜舍的地板,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,无毒,物理力学性质也相当优越。这种混凝土地板可减少畜舍的热损耗,减少牲畜的发病率,提高畜产品的产量10—20%。采用这种混凝土地扳,畜舍可以少铺甚至不铺衬垫材料。这种混凝土的制造方法,是将指定粒级和比例的骨料加热,然后与聚乙烯搅拌均匀,在模子中成型,经振实冷却后,制成地板制品。
A scientific research institute in Latvia in the Soviet Union has successfully developed a polymer concrete. This type of concrete uses a polyethylene thermoplastic resin as a cementitious material and uses granular materials such as sand, gravel, gravel, ceramsite, and perlite as aggregates. The use of this concrete as a floor of a livestock house has good corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, and excellent physical and mechanical properties.
