本文通过在 Ni-Zn 铁氧体中掺入 La_2O_3后,材料的电磁性能、温度特性和微观结构所发生的变化,研究了 La~(3+)离子的掺杂效应和作用机制。实验表明:Ni_(0.41)Zn_(0.60)Sn_(0.01)Cu_(0.02)Fe_(2.04-X)La_xO_(4±δ)在x<0.010时,La~(3+)离子能细化晶粒;x>0.010时,La~(3+)离子使晶界模糊,晶粒尺寸增大;不同温度区域的电子激活能 E_ρ呈现出明显的差异。La~(3+)离子对电阻率ρ的贡献主要是提高了晶界电阻率。
In this paper, we study the doping effect and mechanism of La 3+ ions by the change of the electromagnetic properties, temperature characteristics and microstructure of La 2 O 3 doped Ni-Zn ferrite. The experimental results show that the La 3+ ions can refine the crystal grains when x <0.010 for Ni_ (0.41) Zn_ (0.60) Sn_ (0.01) Cu_ (0.02) Fe_ (2.04-X) La_xO_ (4 ± δ) When x> 0.010, the La 3+ ions obscured the grain boundaries and increased the grain size. The electron activation energies E_ρ showed obvious differences in different temperature regions. The contribution of La 3+ ions to the resistivity ρ mainly increases the grain boundary resistivity.
