以中国梨木虱Psylla chinensis为试虫,采用田间药效试验方法,研究了3种新型杀虫剂对中国梨木虱的田间防效,以期确定防治梨木虱的理想药剂及最佳时期。结果表明:在2次试验中螺虫乙酯悬浮剂对梨木虱药后7~21d防效均达90%以上,是防控梨木虱首选药剂;其它药剂防效较差,其中氟啶虫胺腈与乙基多杀菌素混用防效优于单剂;在卵孵化末期施药的防效优于若虫期。建议在梨木虱一代卵孵化末期选用240g·L~(-1)螺虫乙酯悬浮剂3 000倍液进行防治,注意与其它药剂轮换使用,避免梨木虱对该药剂产生抗药性。
Psylla chinensis was used as the test insect in the field to study the field control efficacy of the three new insecticides on the Chinese pear psylla with the field efficacy test method in order to determine the ideal medicament and the optimal period for the control of the pear psittaci. The results showed that the spirotetramac suspension was effective against pear psylla for 7 ~ 21 days after the spirotetramat was administered over 90% in 2 trials. Other pesticides were less effective. Among them, Nitrile and ethyl spinosyn mixed anti-better than a single agent; the late hatch in the egg application is better than the nymph control. It is suggested that 240g · L -1 spirotetravicide suspension 3000 times liquid should be used in the end of the egg hatching stage of pear psittaci. Attention should be paid to rotative use with other pesticides to avoid the resistance of the pear lice to the pesticide.
