为研究芒果炭疽病菌对丙环唑的敏感性,评价菌株的抗药性,从国内及国外芒果产区采集芒果炭疽病病样分离、纯化病菌菌株,采用生长速率法测定菌株对丙环唑的敏感性。结果表明,分离获得的123株芒果炭疽病菌菌株对丙环唑的EC50值为0.02~2.48 mg/L,平均值为(0.53±0.47)mg/L,菌株最大EC50值是最小EC50值的124倍;芒果炭疽病菌不同菌株的敏感性之间具有一定差异性,存在抗药性群体,具有极大的抗药性风险。
