大众化教育时代,高校后勤社会化成为高校改革的重要组成部分。后勤事业编制员工逐年减少,外聘员工数量不断增加,并逐步成为高校后勤事业的主力军,如何吸引更多、更优秀的外聘员工加入党组织,以充分发挥外聘员工的先锋模范作用,是当前高校党建工作一个不容忽视的课题。本文通过对外聘员工这个特殊群体的思考分析,提出外聘员工党建工作的探索与实践。
