班主任的工作是千头万绪的。班主任在班级管理中必须从大处着眼,小处着手,关注细节,一定要善于利用细节去感染、教育、管理学生。“细节决定成败”绝非虚言。大家也许都知道美国政治学家威尔逊和犯罪学家凯林提出的“破窗理论”:如果有人打坏一栋建筑上的一块玻璃,没有及时修复,别人可能接收到某种暗示性的纵容,去打碎更多的玻璃。久而久之,这些窗户就会给人造成一种无序的感觉,在这种麻木不仁的氛围中,犯罪就会诞生蔓延。
