为了解前牙反矫治后稳定与复发的影响因素，并寻求复发预测的可能途径，本研究通过电子计算机Ｘ线头影测量技术，以５６名经早期矫治的替牙期前牙反患者作为研究对象，矫治完成后进行了观察期为５—１０年的追踪研究。结果发现，前牙反矫治后的远期复发率为３０．４％，其中轻度复发为１９．６％，重度复发为１０．７％。通过逐步回归分析产生最优回归方程，提出了前牙反矫治后远期复发的预测公式，为临床治疗提供了参考。 In order to understand the factors influencing the stability and recurrence of anterior teeth after anti-orthodontic treatment and to find out the possible ways of recurrence prediction, this study adopted the computerized X-ray cephalometric technique to study 56 anterior teeth patients with anterior teeth , After the completion of correction of the observation period of 5-10 years follow-up study. The results showed that the long-term recurrence rate of anterior teeth was 30.4% after anti-orthodontic treatment, of which mild recurrence was 19.6% and severe recurrence was 10.7%. Through stepwise regression analysis to generate the optimal regression equation, the prediction formula of long-term recurrence after anterior correction of anterior teeth was proposed, which provided a reference for clinical treatment.
