将塑料模具钢锻后砂冷350℃回火,对低冷速连续冷却转变及不同温度下等温处理等不同状态下的组织进行分析,发现在760℃下保温,只产生少量铁素体。在珠光体区保温时,产生大量珠光体;贝氏体快速发生转变,在随后的保温时间内,该模具钢的等温转变组织更接近于回火组织。
After the plastic mold steel was forged, the sand was cold tempered at 350 ℃ for analysis of the microstructure under different cooling conditions, such as continuous cooling at low cooling rate and isothermal treatment at different temperatures. It was found that only a small amount of ferrite was produced at 760 ℃. During the heat preservation in the pearlite region, a large amount of pearlite was produced; the bainite changed rapidly, and the isothermal transformation structure of the die steel was closer to the tempering structure during the subsequent holding time.
