香荚兰[Vanilla fragrans(Salisb.)Ames(V.planifolia Andr.)]是热带雨林中一种兰科的藤本植物。其果荚经加工后成为高级的食品香料,早在十六世纪初就引起欧亚一些国家的重视。我国于六十年代初,由厦门华侨亚热带植物引种场首次引进试种,但香荚兰在厦门地区还需栽培于温室方能安全越冬。因此,除研究温室栽培的综合措施外,培育抗寒高产品种也是十分重要的任务。所以,对其花粉萌发条件与贮藏方法的研究,不仅为研究香荚兰的花粉生理积累资料,而且为栽培的香荚兰与我省野生的香荚兰杂交的可能性提供依据。
Vanilla fragrans (Salisb.) Ames (V. planifolia Andr.)] Is an Orchidaceae in tropical rain forest. Its pods have been processed into high-quality food spices, which attracted the attention of some countries in Europe and Asia as far back as the early 16th century. In the early 1960s, Xiamen was introduced for the first time by Xiamen Overseas Chinese subtropical plants. However, it is still necessary for Vanilla to be cultivated in the greenhouse for safe winter in Xiamen. Therefore, in addition to comprehensive measures of greenhouse cultivation, cultivating cold-resistant and high-yielding varieties is also a very important task. Therefore, the pollen germination conditions and storage methods, not only to study the pollen physiology accumulation of vanilla materials, but also for the cultivation of vanilla and wild vanilla hybrids in our province may provide the basis for the possibility.
