在“两学一做”的学习教育中,搞好安全生产培训工作,面临诸多挑战。当前,CNG企业正在积极推进安全生产标准化建设,要求全员掌握危害因素辨识和风险评价,隐患整改纠正预防措施有效可行,切实提高风险管控水平。要实现安全生产管理科学规范,岗位员工操作规范,加强教育培训比以往任何时候都显得更为重要和迫切。笔者根据实践总结,充分梳理标准化建设要求,结合CNG企业的发展状况,强化培训过程,以高度的责任感将安全生产教育培训工作推向一个新的台阶。
In the study and education of “one study, two studies and one education”, we face many challenges in carrying out work safety training. At present, CNG enterprises are actively promoting the standardization of production safety and require all employees to grasp the identification and risk assessment of hazard factors. The corrective and preventive measures for rectification of hidden dangers are effective and practicable, and the risk control and control standards are effectively improved. It is more important and urgent than ever to achieve scientific and standardized management of production safety, norms and practices of staff and workers, and to strengthen education and training. According to the practice summary, the author fully sort out the requirements of standardization construction, combine with the development of CNG enterprises, strengthen the training process and push safety education and training to a new level with a high sense of responsibility.
