文章基于目前高三毕业班级自主管理现状、高三学生自身的特点等,着重探讨几个重点问题:第一,明确高三毕业班级管理的着重点,对于班级自主管理涉及到的重点内容进行一定的探究,列出如何构建高中生班级自主管理的依据。第二,通过分析,找出目前班级自主管理存在的问题进行相应的总结和分析。第三,在总结自主管理的基础上相对应的提出如何更好的管理方案和模式,完善高三班级管理,让毕业班级里的每一个学生都能够全面健康发展。
Based on the status quo of self-management of Senior Middle School graduates and their own characteristics, the paper focuses on several key issues: First, it clarifies the key points of senior graduates’ management, probes into the key contents of self-management of classes, List how to build a high school students self-management basis. Second, through analysis, we can find out the problems existing in self-management of the current class and make a corresponding summary and analysis. Thirdly, on the basis of summing up self-management, we propose how to better manage the programs and modes, improve the management of the third year of senior management, and make every student in the graduation class develop fully and healthily.
