作为国内首尝国际化而遭遇失败的企业,我们对TCL集团给予了较多的关注,曾分别以《李东生为巨亏深刻检讨TCL开始品尝国际化苦果》和《TCL核心业务暂别欧洲李东生全力确保北美盈利》为题,对TCL集团国际化路线的失败及调整进行了深入的报道分析,引起了业界人士的思考。日前,曾任TCL彩电中国区新闻主管长达6年(2000~2006)的符国赖先生向《IT时代周刊》发来了个人见解,以内部人的角度全面阐释了TCL集团国际化失败的原因,并披露了大量细节。刊载此文,有助于我们重新审视TCL集团的得失,对国内企业也有极强的警示和借鉴意义。
