目前列入控制消除的重点传染病如白喉、脊髓灰质炎、麻疹等,发病率已发生了很大变化。为探讨这些重点传染病控制消除的可行性及对策,现将1954～2001年上述3种传染病的流行趋势分析如下。1 资料来源 疫情资料来自本市法定传染病报告及监测专报系统。人群免疫水平、免疫成功率、疫苗接种率及强化免疫资料,来自本市各单位报表和本站的调查考核报告。2 结果与讨论 Currently included in the control of key infectious diseases such as diphtheria, poliomyelitis, measles, the incidence has undergone great changes. In order to explore the feasibility of controlling the elimination of these major infectious diseases and its countermeasures, the epidemiological trend of the above three infectious diseases from 1954 to 2001 is analyzed as follows. 1 Source of information The epidemic data from the city of legal infectious diseases reporting and monitoring system. Population immunity level, the success rate of immunization, vaccination rate and intensive immunization data, reports from all units of the city and the site investigation and assessment report. 2 results and discussion
