建立了处理低浓度挥发性有机化合物的流向变换催化燃烧反应器一维非均相催化燃烧数学模型,利用MATLAB软件编写程序,求解模型方程。研究不同的表观气速、换向周期、进口浓度条件下的反应器性能,确定出反应器最优的操作范围。计算结果表明:操作参数需要在最优操作区域范围内取值反应器才能正常运行,当操作参数超出该范围,反应器飞温或熄火,需要调整操作点,确保返回到最优操作区域范围内。反应器最优的操作范围的确定对于反应器的优化控制提供了重要的参考依据。
A one-dimensional heterogeneous catalytic combustion mathematical model of a flow-through catalytic reactor was established to deal with low concentration of volatile organic compounds. The program was programmed with MATLAB to solve the model equations. Different superficial gas velocities, commutation cycles and reactor performance at inlet concentration were studied to determine the optimum operating range of the reactor. The calculation results show that the operating parameters need to be within the optimal operating range and the reactor can operate normally. When the operating parameters exceed this range, the reactor temperature or flameout needs to be adjusted to ensure that the operating conditions are within the optimal operating range . The determination of the optimal operating range of the reactor provides an important reference for the optimal control of the reactor.
