本文根据对高速离心机支承结构及振动特性的分析,提出了立式双校正面平衡法,并在引进ZI-5大型立式平衡机上进行了工业应用试验。实际运行证明,立式双校正面平衡方法不仅改善了高速离心机及呈悬臂支承结构的转子的平衡质量,而且使转子的不平衡残余值明显降低,平衡状态稳定可靠。
Based on the analysis of the supporting structure and vibration characteristics of high-speed centrifuge, this paper proposed a vertical double-balanced surface balance method and carried out industrial application tests on the introduction of ZI-5 large-scale vertical balancing machine. The actual operation proves that the vertical double-face balance method not only improves the balance quality of the high-speed centrifuge and the rotor with the cantilever support structure, but also obviously reduces the unbalance residual value of the rotor and the balance state is stable and reliable.
