2007年7月23-24日,本刊访研团对《思维硅谷》发源地青岛创统科技集团进行访研。《思维硅谷》是2003年对青岛创统科技集团案例研究时提出来的,它既是青岛创统企业知识品牌的象征,又是我国高知识企业实验区一种代名词。“硅谷”一词来自美国,《思维硅谷》是中国人自己的创造。我国现代企业建设面临一个新的拐点。当然调整产业结构,加快科技进步水平,提高产品的质量是企业改革和发展的当务之急,但是解决现代企业核心竞争力持续发展问题才是重中之重,持续发展靠的东西很多,领先知识才是最根本的。所以,知识品牌将决定企业未来的命运。创建知识品牌是等不来的,我们广大企业应当向创统企业学习,像他们如对待生产一样生产知识;像他们对待资金一样使用知识。只有这样,知识才能共享于企业,造福社会。
From July 23 to July 24, 2007, our journal visiting delegation visited Qingdao Chuangtong Technology Group, the birthplace of Thinking Silicon Valley. “Thinking Silicon Valley” is a case study of Qingdao Chuangtong Science and Technology Group in 2003. China’s modern enterprise construction is facing a new turning point. Of course, adjusting the industrial structure, accelerating the level of scientific and technological progress and improving the quality of products are the most urgent tasks for the reform and development of enterprises. However, the solution to the sustainable development of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises is the most important issue. There are many things for sustainable development, and the leading knowledge is Most fundamental. Therefore, the knowledge brand will determine the fate of the future business. Creating a knowledge-based brand can not wait. Most of our enterprises should learn from the founding enterprises, as they are producing knowledge as if they were treating production and using knowledge as they do with money. Only in this way can knowledge be shared with enterprises and benefit the society.
