[目的 ]了解多房棘球绦虫 (E.m.)原头节粗抗原的组成成分。 [方法 ]多房棘球绦虫原头节粗抗原经等电聚焦法分离、制备得到等电点各不相同的组分 ,各组分再通过 SDS- PAGE电泳、考马斯亮蓝染色、凝胶分析仪分析其主要蛋白条带。 [结果 ]所分离的 2 0份组分 p I值范围为 4.0~ 8.5 ,主要蛋白条带有 72 / 73、 6 2 / 6 3、 42 / 44、35 / 36、 34及 2 1/ 2 2 k Da。 [结论 ]建立了多房棘球绦虫原头节粗抗原的分离方法并取得预期的分离结果
[Objective] To understand the composition of crude antigen of Echinococcus multilocularis (E.m.). [Method] The crude antigen of Echinococcus multilocularis was separated by isoelectric focusing and the components with different isoelectric point were prepared. The components were separated by SDS-PAGE, Coomassie blue staining and gel analysis Analysis of its major protein bands. [Results] The p 0 values of 20 isolated fractions ranged from 4.0 to 8.5. The major protein bands were 72/73, 62/63, 42/44, 35/36, 34 and 21/2 k Da. [Conclusion] The separation method of crude antigen of Echinococcus multilocularis was established and the expected results were obtained
