德国Gisela 1 、5 、7 系列矮化砧木在MS+ BA1 .32μmol 的培养基上能快速增殖,在1/2 MS+ IBA1 .5μmol 培养基上生根率可达70 % 以上,移栽于温室后的成活率在60 % 以上,从温室移栽到大田的成活率达65 % 。在大田条件下成活6700 余株,成功地进行了微体繁殖。离体条件下测定结果表明,Gisela 5 、7 对根癌病的抗性高于Colt。
German Gisela 1, 5, 7 series dwarfing rootstocks in MS + BA1. 32μmol medium can rapidly proliferate in 1/2 MS + IBA1. The rate of rooting on the 5μmol medium was more than 70%, the survival rate after transplanting in greenhouse was over 60%, and the survival rate from greenhouse to field was 65%. Survival of more than 6700 plants in the field conditions, the success of the micro-breeding. The results of in vitro assays showed that Gisela 5 and 7 are more resistant to root-knot disease than Colt.
