为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定》,认真实施《国家西部地区“两基”攻坚计划》,保障西部地区“两基”攻坚目标的如期实现,现就加强西部地区“两基”攻坚督导评估工作,提出以下意见。一、提高认识,增强督导评估工作对西部地区“两基”攻坚的责任感和使命感实施西部地区“两基”攻坚是本届政府的重大目标,是实施西部大开发战略的重要组成部分,是当前教育工作的重中之重。“两基”攻坚的督导检查和评估验收工作,是衡量是否保质保量如期实现攻坚目标的最后关口和重要保障。各级教育督导部门特别是西部地区的教育督导部门要认真学习全国农村教育工作
In order to implement the “Decision of the State Council on Further Strengthening Education in Rural Areas” and earnestly implement the “two-base” plan for the western part of the country to ensure that the objectives of the “two basics” of the western region are met on schedule, we will strengthen the western region. The regional “two basic ” attacked the assessment work and put forward the following opinions. I. Raising awareness and enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission of the supervision and evaluation work on the “two basics” of the western region The “two basics” of the western region is a major goal of the current government and an important strategy for implementing the Western Development Strategy. The components are the most important part of current education work. The supervision and assessment of the “two basics” of the hardships is the final juncture and important guarantee for measuring whether the quality and quantity are on target. The education supervision departments at all levels, especially the education supervision departments in the western regions, must earnestly study the national rural education work.
