我们剧团是1956年成立的。在剧团刚刚成立的时候,全总领导上就明确规定了剧团的方针任务:坚决贯彻毛主席的文艺方向、为工人服务、为政治服务、为生产服务;大力反映工业战线上的现实斗争,努力塑造先进工人的光辉形象,歌颂社会主义时代的新人物、新思想、新风尚;以共产主义精神鼓舞职工群众的劳动热情,辅导广大职工的业余文艺活动,做工人阶级的“啦啦队”。八年来,我们到过十四个省、市、自治区,深入大小厂矿巡回演出,共达一千六百余场。辅导了职工业余戏剧骨干一万一千四百五十人。创作、改编了一百八十七个剧本(其中多幕剧二十四个,独幕剧一百六十三个),演出的剧目百分之八十是本团改编和创作的。这些戏都紧密地配合现实,反映了工人的生活和斗争。我们常年在厂矿演出。为了让工人同志们都能看到戏,我们曾按着工人劳动的班次安排开演时间。深夜十二点,清晨两点、五点,我们都演出过。演出场所有剧场、饭堂、广场、井口、厂房旁边。由于场所的经常变化,演员和舞台美术人员,为了保
Our theater was established in 1956.
