针对碳酸钠和硫酸钠能够显著提高石灰粉煤灰基层材料早期强度的特点,分析了这2种化学外加剂对石灰粉煤灰混合料强度形成的影响规律,通过外加剂在粉煤灰中的化学反应过程,从机理上阐述2种外加剂对粉煤灰的作用原理及其效果差别。分析结果表明:2种外加剂依靠不同方法产生的碱性条件,在对粉煤灰起到激发效果并促进二灰材料之间相互作用的同时,还分别通过生成水稳性更强的碳酸钙和钙矾石的方式,促进二灰材料早期强度的形成;外加剂还能以化学催化的方式加速二灰材料早期强度的形成。
