In the first half of the century, China gained its liberation through revolution. During the 20-year reform, it gained its emancipation through the market. It will be liberated through knowledge in the century when the knowledge-based economy will flourish across the millennium. So an urgent task before the chief leaders of the business is to turn themselves into modern people.
