目前很多中等职校对财经专业“双师型”教师的认定,仅仅依据是否拥有教师系列专业技术职称证书和非教师系列的专业技术职称(资格)证书,至于为什么要培养“双师型”教师?怎么培养“双师型”教师?不少中等职校对此认识和做法还存有一定的误区本文尝试对这一现状进行剖析和探讨,并提出财经专业“双师型”教师培养的一些思考。
