树木的速生优质及抗性强是林木选育的主要目的。近几年来育种工作者通过各种途径培育出大量的新株系,如何从这繁多的新株系中快速选育出符合要求的新品种,已成为生产科研中急待解决的问题。利用幼龄树木的某些生理生化指标,结合形态观察代替树木整个生活周期的筛选工作,可大大缩短育种年限,因而早期选育已成为当前国内外育种工作者努力探索的重要课题。泡桐是我国广为栽植的优良树种,为了缩短泡桐选育周期,1983-1984年我们对与泡桐生长量和抗性有关的几项生理生化指标作了初步探讨,现将研究结果报告于后。
The fast-growing trees of high quality and resistance are the main purpose of forest breeding. In recent years, breeders have developed a large number of new strains through various means. How to quickly select new varieties from these numerous new strains has become an urgent problem in production and scientific research. The use of some physiological and biochemical indicators of young trees, combined with morphological observation instead of the entire tree life cycle screening can greatly shorten the breeding time, early breeding has become the current domestic and foreign breeders to explore an important issue. Paulownia is widely planted in our country excellent tree species, in order to shorten the Paulownia breeding cycle, 1983-1984, we conducted a preliminary discussion of several physiological and biochemical indicators related to the growth and resistance of Paulownia, the results are reported later.
