In order to further strengthen the safety supervision and management of domestic vessels and improve the safety conditions of domestic vessels, the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Communications formulated the Provisions on the Management of Monitoring and Inspection of Ships in Particular Focus in May this year. The Provisions stipulate that the following ships should be listed as the most important follow-up vessels: they are prohibited from leaving the port during the ship’s safety inspection; they are wholly or mainly responsible for major water traffic accidents and pollution accidents;
