为了满足我国石油化工发展的需要,我们研究了最低使用温度为-105℃的06AlNbCuN钢。在本文中介绍了它的冶金特点和包括拉伸、低温冲击、落锤试验、低温裂纹张开位移试验和宽板拉伸试验等结果。根据这些结果,综合了转折温度方法和断裂力学分析方法对该钢种在低温下的脆断安全性进行了评定。并且通过容器的低温爆破试验进行了进一步的验证,确定了这钢种在低温下使用的安全性。并简要地介绍了它的应用。
In order to meet the needs of the development of China’s petrochemical industry, we studied the minimum operating temperature is -105 ℃ 06AlNbCuN steel. In this paper, its metallurgical characteristics and results including tensile, low temperature impact, drop hammer test, low temperature crack open displacement test and wide plate tensile test are presented. Based on these results, the brittle fracture safety of the steel at low temperature was evaluated based on the method of turning temperature and fracture mechanics. And through the container of low temperature burst test carried out further verification to determine the safety of the steel used at low temperatures. And briefly introduced its application.
