通化石油化工机械厂生产的XJ-50C型车载式修井机在全国各大油田应用较广,这种修井机采用奔驰汽车作为载车,取力装置ZF-PTO直接从汽车取力作为修井机的动力。因此作为动力联接枢纽的ZF-PTO动力输出装置的正常运转至关重要。而实际使用中该装置故障频繁。针对这一情况,作者对该装置的结构原理进行了研究,并分析总结了使用中出现的问题,进行了大量的修复实践工作,得出了一套较为完整的使用维护技术和修复经验。
