近十多年来,采用保护涂层进行金属热处理,得到了国内外普遍重视。这是因为这种热处理具有投资少,工艺比较简单,不受气源和设备等条件的限制。特别有利于小批量、多品种的零件热处理。此外,精密铸件采用保护涂层进行热处理后,由于没有氧化皮,除切割冒口外,可不进行机加工。因此,这种无氧化热处理技术在机械工业、航空工业等部门得到了应用和推广。
