如何辅导学困生对于很多数学教师来说都是比较棘手的问题,但是在本文中我试图从相反的角度探索数学学困生自身的特点对于教师提高教学策略的促进作用。我主要从提高教师的激趣、引导能力,利于教师的课前预设,促进教师自身教学方法的优化、恰当选择学困生自己的合理方法帮助教学等几方面入手,阐述了数学学困生对“刺激”教师业务能力提高的积极作用。
How to Counseling Students with Learning Difficulties is a difficult problem for many math teachers. However, in this paper, I try to explore the special features of math students from the opposite angle to promote teachers’ teaching strategies. I mainly start from several aspects such as improving the teachers ’interest, guiding ability, pre-teaching teachers’ pre-class, promoting teachers ’self-teaching methods, choosing proper students’ own reasonable methods to help teaching and so on. The positive role of “stimulating” teachers’ ability to improve their business.
