用节成性不同的黄瓜品种,研究了种子萌发中乙烯释放量,过氧化氨酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性与品种性型表现的关系。结果表明,刚吸胀的种子无乙烯释放,将萌发时乙烯量迅速上升,萌发盛期出现第一个高峰,们根出现时达最高峰,后陡降,CAT和POD活性在种子萌发中波动上升;三者均与雌花节率呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.9925**,0.9768“,0.9481“。乙烯直接影响性型,CAT和PO D通过乙烯影响性型,与乙烯释放量的相关系数依次为0。9964”“和0.9959””·
The cucumber cultivars with different qualities were used to study the relationship between the ethylene emission, the activities of peroxidase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) and the sexual performance of cultivars during seed germination.
