从云南腾冲县产狭叶竹节参根茎中分离鉴定了10个三萜皂甙,即人参甙R_o(1)、Rd(7)、Rg_1(8)、Rh_1(9),竹节参甙Ⅳ_a(2)、Ⅳ(4),姜三七甙R_1(3),三七甙R_1(6),齐墩果酸28-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(10)及齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖醛酸甙(5),后者在人参属植物中系首次分到。狭叶竹节参根茎中的主要皂甙成分与竹节参和珠子参根茎中的主要皂甙成分近似,均以含齐墩果烷型五环三萜的人参甙R_o和竹节参甙Ⅳ或Ⅳ_a为主,达马烷型四环三萜的20(S)-原人参二醇型和20(S)-原人参醇型皂甙含量甚微,从而说明它们有较近的亲缘关系。
Thirteen triterpene saponins were isolated and identified from the rhizome of Panax ginseng from Tengchong County, Yunnan Province. The ginsenosides R_o(1), Rd(7), Rg_1(8), Rh_1(9), and Panax japonicus IV_a ( 2), IV (4), Ginseng rhizome R1 (3), Notoginseng R1 (6), Oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-pyranoside (10) and oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-pyranuronate (5), which was first identified in the Panax genus. The main saponin components in the rhizoma of Panax japonicus were similar to those of the main components of ginseng of Panax japonicus and Panax quinquefolium. The ginsenoside R_o and Panax japonicus IV or IV_a containing oleanane type pentacyclic triterpene were used. The content of 20-(S)-protopanaxadiol and 20(S)-protopanaxa-type saponins of damascene tetracyclic triterpene was very small, indicating that they had a closer relationship.
