原发性输卵管癌是罕见的妇科恶性肿瘤,1847年Raymend首先报告,1880年,经Orthmann详细描述及病理切片证实后才引起重视。文献上迄今约报道900余例,我国的资料,首由王淑贞于1957年报道至今共报道29例。现就发生率、诱因、病理、症状等九个方面综述如下。一、发生率:约占妇科恶性肿瘤的0.15～1.8％。占输卵管手术的0.34～1.33％。近年来似乎有增多趋势。二、发生年龄:在绝经期前后发生,发病年龄 Primary fallopian tube cancer is a rare gynecological malignancy, Raymend first reported in 1847, 1880, Orthmann detailed description and pathology confirmed only after attention.
