在全国经济形势新常态的总体环境下,电力体制改革逐步深化,电力设计院向工程公司的战略转型具有可能性与必要性。人力资源管体系建设是摆在电力设计院转型期重要问题,本文将就转型期存在的问题和差距,对人力资源体系设计提出三个建设要点,为激发变更动能、推动转型发展提供借鉴。
Under the general environment of the new normal economic situation in the country, the reform of the power system is gradually deepening and the strategic transformation of the power design institute to the engineering company is possible and necessary. The construction of human resources management system is an important issue in the transition period of the Power Design Institute. This article will propose three points for the design of the human resources system in light of the problems and gaps in the transition period, and provide references for stimulating the change of kinetic energy and promoting the transformation and development.
