目的了解患者的用药需求、意见及存在的不合理用药问题,以提高临床药学服务质量。方法对医院2011-2015年门诊药物咨询工作的记录进行回顾性分析,按照咨询者的咨询药物类型、咨询药物内容、咨询药物中的不良反应、用药误区等进行统计分析。结果咨询者中药物的药理作用及适应证咨询最多,其次为药物的用法用量;咨询不良反应最多的是抗感染药物,其次是心血管药物;咨询中不良反应最多的抗生素类别是喹诺酮类,其次是头孢菌素类。结论加强临床药师的教育与培养,普及群众性药物知识宣传教育,有利于药物咨询服务质量的提高。
Objective To understand the patient’s medication needs, opinions and existing problems of unreasonable use of drugs in order to improve the quality of clinical pharmacy services. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the records of outpatient drug consultation from 2011 to 2015 in hospitals. The statistical analysis was conducted according to the type of counseling drug consulted, the content of consultation drug, the adverse reactions in consultation with drugs, and the medication errors. Results Consultation pharmacological effects and indications in the most consultative advice, followed by the amount of the drug usage; Adverse reactions are the most anti-infective drugs, followed by cardiovascular drugs; Adverse reactions of the most antibiotic quinolones category, followed by Is a cephalosporins. Conclusion To strengthen the education and training of clinical pharmacists and popularize the publicity and education of mass drug knowledge is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of drug counseling services.
