通过改变Ni-Ti-Cu形状记忆合金(SMA)中Cu的含量,并在450℃进行不同时间的时效处理,用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、动电位扫描技术、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察及能谱分析(EDS)研究了时效Ni-Ti-Cu形状记忆合金在生理盐水中的耐蚀性,并与经相同处理的Ni-Ti二元合金腐蚀情况进行对比。结果表明,时效时间的延长会使Ni-Ti合金及含3at%Cu的Ni-Ti-Cu合金抗蚀性降低;对含6at%Cu的Ni-Ti-Cu合金,随时效时间的延长耐蚀性有一定的提高;以Cu代替Ni-Ti合金中部分的Ni会使得合金在生理盐水中的耐蚀性比Ni-Ti二元合金差。
The Cu content in Ni-Ti-Cu shape memory alloy (SMA) was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), potentiodynamic scanning and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) And energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to study the corrosion resistance of aging Ni-Ti-Cu shape memory alloy in normal saline.
