笔者采用巩堤丸加减治疗遗尿症 ,效果显著 ,现报告如下。一般资料本组 4 5例中男性 2 7例 ,女性 1 8例 ;年龄 6岁～ 1 4岁 ;病程 1～ 8年。临床均表现为夜间遗尿 ,面白 ,手足发凉 ,乏力 ,便溏溲清 ,舌淡 ,脉沉。治疗方法均以温肾健脾固涩为治则 ,以巩堤丸为基本方加减应用 :熟
