上海石洞口发电厂1025t/hUP型直流锅炉自投用以来,上辐射水冷壁频繁发生拉裂泄漏。为分析爆管原因,根据锅炉的实际运行情况对上辐射水冷壁进行了大量的现场试验,测定上辐射水冷壁在不同工况下的温度水平和热应力水平以及变化幅度。通过分析研究,找出了造成拉裂泄漏的主要原因,即横向热膨胀受阻、热应力过大导致的强度破坏。对此,提出了改进措施并付诸实施,取得效果良好。
Shanghai Shidongkou Power Plant 1025t / hUP-type boiler since the boiler has been put into use, the frequent occurrence of splitting cracks on the water wall radiation. In order to analyze the reason of pipe explosion, a large number of field experiments were conducted on the upper radiant water wall according to the actual operation of the boiler. The temperature and thermal stress level and the variation range of the upper radiant wall under different operating conditions were measured. Through the analysis and research, the main causes of leakage caused by cracks were found out, namely, the thermal expansions in the transverse direction were hindered and the strength failure caused by the excessive thermal stress was found out. In this regard, proposed improvements and put into effect, achieved good results.
