变论域自适应控制下的矿井提升系统调速方案

针对传统调速系统中出现的问题,诸如停车不准确,转矩变化速度慢等问题,提出了将变论域模糊自适应控制算法与DTC变频调速方法相结合,并将其应用提升系统中,同时运用了ABB公司的BPJ1矿用隔爆兼本质安全型交流变频器,使提升系统调速更快,实现了系统的软启动、软停车,使调速系统得到了改善,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK下进行了仿真,验证了该种算法应用于矿井提升系统的可行性。 Aiming at the problems in the traditional speed regulation system, such as inaccurate parking and slow torque variation, a new method is proposed, which combines the variable universe fuzzy adaptive control algorithm and DTC frequency control method, , At the same time, ABB’s BPJ1 mining flameproof and intrinsically safe AC frequency converter is used at the same time, which can make the system speed up faster, realize the soft start, soft stop of the system and improve the speed regulation system. Simulation under SIMULINK verifies the feasibility of this algorithm applied to mine hoist system.
