在领导者与群体双边关系中,领导者是影响者,群体是被影响者。因此,群体只有在心理相容的情况下,才能接受领导者的影响,从而形成强大的群体凝聚力。 领导者扮演其角色所要完成的最根本的任务就是要增强群体凝聚力。因此,每位领导者都要找到一条增强群体凝聚力的有效途径。领导角色增强群体凝聚力的途径很多,一些人在文章中也已经有所论述,在此,仅就感染、暗示、示范和模仿三点作一论述。
In the bilateral relations between leaders and groups, the leaders are the influencers and the groups are the affected persons. Therefore, groups can accept the influence of leaders only when they are psychologically compatible, thus forming a strong group cohesion. The most fundamental task to be fulfilled by the leader in his role is to enhance the cohesion of the group. Therefore, each leader must find an effective way to enhance cohesion of the group. There are many ways in which leaders can enhance group cohesion. Some people have already discussed the article in this article. Here, only three aspects of infection, suggestion, demonstration and imitation are discussed.
