一、综述 微合金非调质钢(MA钢)是70年代初由西德首先开发的一种新钢种。这种钢的合金化,是在中、低碳钢中加入微量合金元素V、Ti、Nb等,通过这些元素的碳化物和氧化物在奥氏体的溶解与析出来控制钢的析出强化和晶界强化,钢中碳、氮化合物在钢被加热过程中发生溶解。钢在热加工后的冷却过程中,这些碳、氮化合物发生析出,便引起钢的沉淀强化,如VC即属于这种类型。反之,某些碳、氮化合物不参与上述反应,在钢的奥氏体化过程中基本不参与溶解,因它阻止奥氏体晶粒长大,而有细化晶粒的作用,如
