In real life, there is no shortage of teachers who fell to the podium due to sickness and teachers who were unable to continue standing on the podium because of illness. We often see admiration for these teachers’ deeds, but we also hope teachers have a healthy body that can devote more wisdom and strength to education. However, teacher health issues have not drawn much attention for a variety of reasons. Not long ago, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang conducted a survey on the health status of faculty members and released a survey report on the health status of faculty and staff. From the report data, staff health is not optimistic, in urgent need of great attention. The report also serves as a reference point for our province, which borders on the border of the motherland. Our primary and secondary school teachers who stick to the three-foot podium for many years are the backbone and supporters of Yunnan’s education. Health status is directly related to the development of education in Yunnan, but also relates to our future. To this end, this publication especially to reprint the research report, hoping to arouse the whole society to teachers more physical health concerns, care and love.
