教育对象与教育目的的不同,决定了应贯彻的教学原则和应运用的教学方法的不同。中小学校长任职资格培训的两个规律特点,既决定了该培训教学的培养目标、教学原则,也揭示了学员能力重构的重点要求与具体做法。
The difference between the object of education and the purpose of education determines the difference between the teaching principle that should be implemented and the teaching method that should be applied.
