灶芯是省柴灶的“心脏”。因此,灶芯的质量和性能是省柴灶的关键所在。这里根据多年研究和实践总结了五种材料预制灶芯的制作技术,供各地同行参考。一、耐火石(泡沙石)预制灶芯。这种耐火石二氧化硅含量高,耐火保温性能好、热反射力强、坚固耐用。制作方法:可用炉渣、矿渣硅酸盐水泥加耐火石(耐火石为主)以模具制成锥体环块形(见图)。用三块组合式便于安装,留有灶门缺口。上口为锅口直径的60—70%,下口大5厘米,高度20厘米左右,厚4厘米。上口略星坡形聚热反射曲面状,使热能射向锅底。安装方法:用三块组成灶芯置于炉桥上即成燃烧室,呈上小下大的圆锥形,与拦火圈为一整体。必须调准拦火圈上沿到锅底的间隙,靠烟囱一边为
The core is the “heart” of the province’s firewood stove. Therefore, the quality and performance of the stove core is the key to saving the stove. Here, based on years of research and practice, we have summarized the production technology of five kinds of material prefabricated stove cores for reference by local counterparts.
