酪素胶液又叫生物手套,还有人称它为液体手套。这种胶液是以干酪素为成膜剂,添加其它一些物质,并按照一定的操作程序配制而成的。把这种胶液涂沫于手上后,很快就会形成一层透明薄膜,象戴上手套一样。它能使操作者的手与所接触的材料或产品零部件隔离。并且能防止手汗对产品零部件的锈蚀。由于酪素手套不溶解于煤油、柴油、甲苯和丙酮,以及香焦水等有机溶剂中,所以戴上它后可防止上述溶剂对操作者皮肤的刺激。现介绍其配制过程、使用方法和用途。
