目的:分析脑血管造影/治疗过程中的患者X线剂量。方法:回顾性分析146名患者在脑血管造影/治疗过程中的X线时间、累积剂量、剂量面积乘积(DAP)。结果:133名患者的X线时间超过5min;27人累积剂量超过2Gy,18人累积剂量超过3Gy,大部分为介入治疗患者。结论:在脑血管造影/介入治疗中,特别是介入治疗中,患者剂量较高,部分患者剂量超过引起确定性效应的阈值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the patient’s X-ray dose during cerebrovascular angiography / therapy. Methods: The X-ray time, cumulative dose and dose area product (DAP) of 146 patients undergoing cerebral angiography / therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The X-ray time of 133 patients exceeded 5 minutes. The cumulative dose of 27 patients exceeded 2Gy and the cumulative dose of 18 patients exceeded 3Gy, most of whom were interventional patients. CONCLUSIONS: In patients with cerebrovascular angiography / interventional therapy, especially in interventional therapy, patients receive higher doses and some patients exceed the threshold for a definitive effect.
