肾小管功能众多,酸碱平衡是肾小管功能之一。进行肾小管泌氢功能的测定有助于对肾小管某些病变的诊断以及对各类肾脏病变的肾功能测定。本文报告正常人及各类肾脏疾病中肾小管泌氢功能的临床观察。
Many tubular functions, acid-base balance is one of the renal tubules. Determination of renal tubular secretion of hydrogen helps to diagnose some of the renal tubules and renal function tests of various renal lesions. This article reports the normal renal and renal disease in various types of renal tubular secretion of hydrogen in clinical observation.
