腹盆腔恶性肿瘤局域性进展形成腹膜转移癌（peritoneal carcinomatosis，PC），中位生存期不足6个月。细胞减灭术（cytoreductive surgery，CRS）联合腹腔热灌注化疗（hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy，HIPEC）综合了手术、区域化疗、热疗和大容量液体的灌洗作用，术中清除游离癌细胞和微癌灶，是目前治疗PC的先进方法。
