对国家缓控释肥工程技术研究中心分离保藏的一株溶磷真菌PSFK的溶磷性能进行研究,并进行盆栽试验,研究其对鸡毛菜的促生作用。结果表明,PSFK菌株具有很强的降解无机磷能力,在以Ca3(PO4)2为唯一磷源的无机磷液体培养基中培养6 d水溶磷含量达到886.2 mg/L,为对照组的89.92倍。在土壤中培养50 d,有效磷含量升高27.19 mg/kg。PSFK菌剂对鸡毛菜的促生作用明显,以添加2%菌剂的处理增产效果最好,显著提高鸡毛菜的生物产量和叶片数。鲜质量与单施硝基肥处理相比差异极显著,增幅达到32.94%,干质量增幅达到29.37%,有明显的促生作用。
The phosphate solubilization performance of a phosphate solubilizing fungi PSFK isolated and deposited by the National Center for Controlled Release Fertilizers Engineering Technology was studied, and the pot experiment was conducted to study its promoting effect on the feather. The results showed that the PSFK strain had a strong capability of degrading inorganic phosphorus. The content of water-soluble phosphorus reached 886.2 mg / L in culture medium of inorganic phosphorus with Ca3 (PO4) 2 as the sole phosphorus source for 6 days, which was 89.92 times of the control . After cultured in soil for 50 days, the effective phosphorus content increased by 27.19 mg / kg. PSFK fungi on chicken feather growth promoting effect was obvious to add 2% fungi treatment yield the best, significantly improve the feather biomass and leaf number. Compared with the single application of nitrofertilizer, the fresh weight had a significant difference, with an increase of 32.94% and an increase of dry mass of 29.37%, showing a significant promoting effect.
