通过对黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio)胚胎发育的观察和分析,发现黄河鲤卵属于黏性卵,有青灰色和淡黄色等颜色。胚胎发育过程分为7个阶段:受精阶段、卵裂阶段、囊胚阶段、原肠胚阶段、神经胚阶段、器官形成阶段和孵化出膜阶段。一定温度范围内,水温与发育时间呈负相关。水温20.5~22.3℃时,黄河鲤的胚胎发育经历61h。在出膜后第三天,鱼苗开始平游和觅食。
Through the observation and analysis of the embryonic development of Cyprinus carpio, it was found that the carp of the Yellow River belonged to the cohesive egg, with the colors of blue-gray and light-yellow. Embryonic development process is divided into seven stages: fertilization stage, cleavage stage, blastocyst stage, gastrula stage, neuroblast stage, organ formation stage and hatching out of the membrane stage. Within a certain temperature range, water temperature and development time was negatively correlated. The water temperature of 20.5 ~ 22.3 ℃, the Yellow River carp embryonic development experience 61h. On the third day after filming, fry began to swim and feed.
